Self-propelled Modular Cabbage Harvesting and Management Integrated Device

Abstract:To improve the flexibilityand applicabilityof cabbage machineryand reducethe labor intensityand costof small farmers.Methods:A self-propelled modular cabbage harvesting and management integrated device was proposed and designed, which was composed of three modules which could be switched arbitrarily,namely,rotatingtilage module,harvesting module and spraying module.The structural design and parameter determination of the key components were carriedout,and the finite element analysis wascaried out on the frame and the vibrating blade, and the stress,strain distributionand modal analysis diagram were obtained.The maximumstress oftheframe under thecorresponding load was less than the allowable stressof the material,the cuting tol didn't have resonance phenomenon during operation,and the structure of the frame and the cuting tool met the design strength and stability requirements.Field experiments show that the soil breaking rate,root cuting qualification rateand spraying coverage rateof the device are all up to the standard.The modular design greatly improves the flexibilityofcabbage machinery,helps small farmers to complete production and reduce costs.

白菜,十字花科芸耋属二年生草本,具有种植面积广、单位产量高、耐寒、耐贮运等特点,在均衡市场供应、稳定蔬菜价格等方面有至关重要的作用[-2]白菜还富含人体生理活动所需的无机盐和维生素等多种营养物质[3]
据统计资料显示,2022年我国大白菜全年播种面积266.67万 hm2 ,约占全国蔬菜总播种面积的15% ,是我国北方冬贮数量最大的蔬菜,其产值超过600 亿元[4]。(剩余7680字)
