Design and Analysis of a Flexible Broad Bean Thresher

Abstract：In order to address the issue of the scarcityand non-standardization of theexisting thresherof broad bean，a flexible thresher was designed.Through comparisonand analysis with a variety of threshing methods，the axialflow plate gear type was finally adopted，andbased on the related characteristicsof broad beans and feeding requirements，the threshing drum，concave plate screen，adjusting device and other key parts were designed and analyzed，and a reasonable size was obtained.Finaly，ANSYS Workbench was used to carry out static analysis and modal analysis ofthe frame.It is verified that the strength of the frame mets therequirements of use，and thefirst 8 natural frequenciesand vibration modesof the frameare obtained.Bycomparing with the external excitation，it is determined that the frame does not resonate and the design is reasonable.
