Abstract:Based on the study on weeding machines both at home and abroad,an orchard weeding device is designed. This device has theabilitytoadjust the distanceofthecuttertohandle weedsof different densities.The handle is utilized to control the direction,andthe keyis used to regulate the speed of the cuter.Additionally,,the throtle switch canbeemployed to control the start-stop operation of the gasolineengine.A diaphragm is instaled to prevent the splashing of grass during the weeding process.By conducting the stress analysis onrotary tillage tools,theorchard weeding device that can achieve the optimal weeding effect is ultimately designed.
