Improved Design and Experimental Validation of the Steaming Chamber for Pu'er Tea Longzhu Production Line

Abstract:In order to solve the problemof uneven steaming of piled Pu'er teaat the tea steaming station in the Pu'er tea dragon ballpressing production line,so that the Pu'er tea can be steamed more ideally before pressing,the porosityand steam temperature of the orifice plate inthe steamer were usedas variables to explore the influence of pore position parameters and steam temperatureon the temperature and humidityof the steamed pile ofPu'er tea,find he optimal parametersand establish the three-dimensional modelof the steamer using the three-dimensional model software.The porosity ranged from O.O42 to O.181,and the temperature range was 90∘C to 150∘C .When the tea is placedon the right side of the stoma,the porosity of the orifice plate is O.O42,and the steam temperature range is set to ,the moisture content of the tea after evaporation is close to the theoretical value,and the pressing effect is good.
