Optimization and Experimental Analysis of Duct Structure of 6MWP-180 Wind-powered Fire Extinguisher

Abstract:Inorder to explore the influence of nozzle structural parametersonthefireextinguishing performanceof the vortex fire extinguisher,Fluent-Workbench parametric simulation isused,and Design Expert isused to design the response surface test to analyze the interaction between the structural parameters of the nozle.The optimal dimensions of the nozzle of the vortex fire extinguisher are L0=5mm , L1=40mm , D1=34mm , L2=30mm , D2=25mm,L3 =25mm , D3=27mm ,and the experimental results show that the effective fire extinguishing distance before optimization was 1.5m ,andafter optimization,it increased to 2m ,an increase of 33% .Before optimization,the wind speed at the reference fire extinguishing distance was 12.2m/s ,and after optimization,the wind speed at this position increased to 23.4m/s ,an increase of 91.8% :
