Abstract:Asanecessary and important facility forrail transit vehicles,thecomfort andreliabilityof toilet collection devices have a great impact on the choice of passenger travel modes and travel experience.In order to further improve the safetyand reliability of the positive-pressure emptying dejection device,through the indepth studyof the structure andcontrol principle of each component,the failure modes related to the positive pressure of each working condition are analyzed and summarized.From the two aspects of system control logic optimization and component reliability improvement,the corsponding optimization measures are taken to further improve the safety and reliability of the positive pressure empty collction device and ensure the health and safety of passengers.
