Design of the Control and Display Separation of the LCD Dynamic Map for Metro Cars

Abstract：In the devices of the heteromorphic screen of LCDdynamic map for metro cars，the service life of the LCD panel is far shorter than that of other components such as control panel and power supply. The replacement of the entire LCD dynamic map may lead to the replacement of the control board，the power supplyand other components before the end of their service life，which is a waste of resource. To reduce the replacement cost of the heteromorphic screen of LCD dynamic map for metro cars，the article proposes a detailed solution for separation of the control module from the display module in two aspects which are the electrical interface and the mechanical interface. This solution alows to only replace the display module without dismounting and replacing the control module when there is any damage of LED backlight or reduction of luminance in the LCD dynamic map. It willnot only improve the use ratio of components of the equipment and avoid the waste of resource，but also indirectly extend the service lifeof the LCD dynamic map for metro cars and greatly reduce the operation and maintenance costs of metro cars，providing a strong support for the sustainable development of therail transit.
