Research on Container Locking Device Adapted to Intelligent Storage Yard

Abstract:This paper studies the structural form and characteristics of the end-fixed container locking device used in existing container vehicles in order to adapt to theloading and unloading work of unmanned and inteligent container storage yard,realize the unmanned operation of the locking device’s working position conversion when thecontainervehicle switches betweenloading 4O ftcontainers and 2O ftcontainers,further improving the container loading and unloading speed,transportation eficiency and safety,and reducing labor costs.It analyzes the working position conversion principles and advantages and disadvantages of various central movable container locking devices such as flip type,push-pulltranslation type, push-pullflip type, telescopic type,and Australian fuly automatic twist lock. It introduces a new type of container locking device in Austrialia and puts forward the design idea of a new type of telescopic container locking device with extraction plate,which is suitable for domestic inteligent container storage yard,and the principle of automatic working position conversion by combining with the characteristics of allkinds of locking devices.
