Fault Diagnosis and Health Management System for Switch Transaction Equipment in Urban Rail Transit

Abstract：This paper is to design a fault diagnosis and health management system for switch transaction equipment in urban rail transit based on modern information technology.This system improves the reliability， safety of switchand theoperation eficiency of train by providing the functions of real-time surveillance， corelation analysis，fault diagnosis and health management.Firstly，the present situation and causes of fault diagnosis of switch transaction equipment in urban rail transit are analyzed.Secondly，the functional architecture is designed，and data acquisition and transmission，fault diagnosisalgorithm，and health management strategy are introduced in detail. Finally，the practical application in BJMTR is verified. Through theapplication of the research results，the inteligent operation and maintenance level ofurban rail transit switch transaction equipment can be efectively improved，and technical support and safety guarantee can be provided for the safe operation ofurbanrail transit.
