Study on Construction Method of Secondary Nodes for Identity Resolution Based on Handle Technology and its Application

Abstract：As a key network infrastructureformed by deep integration of the new generation of information and communication technologies with the industrial system，the Industrial Internet is a key support of the innovative transformationof the industry and has great significance in promoting the development of industrial digitization，networking and inteligence and ensuring the safe development of the industry. The identity resolution system is the central nervous system of key network infrastructure resources and Industrial Internet.The establishmentof the Industrial Internet identification system isan important foundation for the development of the Industrial Internet. In the identity resolution system，the secondary （industrial） nodes for identity resolution of the Industrial Internet are connected upward to the national top nodes and downward to the enterprise identity resolution nodes.It provides the identity registration and resolution services for industrial platforms，large enterprise platforms and common platforms as well as the basic services such as identity registration，distribution，query and public resolution for specific industries.The article takes for example the construction project of secondary nodes for identity resolution of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology undertaken by a centrall-administered enterprise to introduce the construction thought of the identity resolution system based on the Handle system，which is helpful for promoting the construction of the Industrial Internet ecosystem.
