AnalysisofOil LeakofHydraulicDampersfor Wuhan Metro Line 6 and Corrective Measures

Abstract:As an important component to adjust and attenuate the vibrations between the running gear and the carbody,the hydraulic damper plays a crucial role in the improvement of the running quality of urban rail vehicles and the ride comfort of passengers.In response to the oil leak phenomenon of hydraulic dampers for Wuhan Metro Line 6,based on the basic structure,working principle,common fault phenomena and fault handling of the hydraulic damper,the faulty damper was thoroughly decomposed and each component was inspected.It’sbeen finallyfoundout that thecauseofoilleak isthefailureof sealing functionof the framework oil seal because the metal attachments on the working surface of the piston rod has scratched the lip of the framework oil seal. The article also proposes some corrective measures such as using a protective tooling to optimize the welding process and intensifying the on-site training and quality control which have a good corrective effect.

油压减振器是城轨车辆悬挂系统的重要组成部件,安装于轮对与构架或转向架与车体之间[1-2],通过拉伸、压缩油压减振器的活塞杆往返运动形成液压阻尼力,达到减振目的,具有良好的减振阻尼效应和柔性的减振效果,可有效提高城轨车辆运行的平稳性、舒适性和安全性[3-4]

油压减振器在架修时需要对其进行分解检修,更换内部密封件及液压油,并进行性能试验。(剩余4967字)
