Analysis of Construction of Intelligent Operation and Maintenance System for Metro Cars

Abstract:The urban rail transit plays a very important role in the public trafic system and has become citizens’first choice of travel with its advantages of high running speed,good comfort and high on-time performance.But what follows is that the contradiction between the increasing passenger flow in urban rail transit and the supplyof cars is becoming prominent,therefore,how to improve the operation quality of cars and themaintenance service level has becomea keysubject faced by the current rail transit industry. In this context,the intellgent operation and maintenance system for metro cars emerged at the right moment. It integrates new technologiessuch as Big Data and Internet into the maintenance system of urban rail vehicles, and by building an inteligent car operation and management platform,it conducts the digital and information management of all the systems ofcars so as to improve the efficiency of operation and maintenance of cars and guarantee the operation and service quality.The article briefly describes the development of the curent inteligent operation and maintenance system for metro cars,takes the construction of the intelligent operation and maintenance platform for Wuhan metro cars as a point of penetration,analyzes in depth the advantages and shortages of the current intelligent operation and maintenance system for cars and gives its own reflections and suggestions,providing a certain reference for the subsequent development of the system.
