Application and Study of Internet of Vehicles Data for Metro Based on the On-way Abnormality Early Warning of Running State

Abstract:During the rapid development of the inteligent operation and maintenance system for urban rail transit,a massofoperation data including the operation and fault data of diferent subsystems ofrail vehicles have been accumulated.Deeply exploring the value of these data is crucial for improving the intellgent operation and maintenance capacity of the urban rail transit. Through deep exploration of the value of data in equipment state monitoring and early warning of rail vehiclesandcombination with the actual operation conditions of metro cars,a scientific and effective on-way running state abnormality alarm solution for the equipment of metro cars is proposed.This solution not only makes fulluse of existing data resources,but also realizes more preciseand real-time monitoring and early warning of the equipment stateof metro cars through modeling and algorithm optimization.The solution describes in detail the practical application cases of early warning and alarm rules for key systems including air conditioners and studies the reasonable model rules that allw to find abnormalities of equipment operation in time and remind the operation and maintenance personnel to handle the abnormalities in time by means of system prompt or automatic alarm so as to realize more scientific and effective on-way health monitoring of the equipment.
