Study on the Motion Limits of Metro Suspension Parts

Abstract:Many metro components have relative displacement during operation,which makes it impossible to simulate the interference between various components in the design stage.It is often necessary to reserve alarge space to ensure its high safety factor as much as posible. Where a large space can not be provided,the design dificulty willbe greatly increased,and it is usually necessary tocheck repeatedly and take all directional movements into account.Although it does not take much time for a certain component,there are many components on the whole vehicle,and checking each component will waste a lot of design and production time. Therefore,it is an urgent to quickly and simply confirm the motion limits of each component before loading and improve the design. This paper puts forward three methods to check the motion limit of suspension parts,namely,three-dimensional simulation,two-dimensional simulation and tooling-assisted intuitive simulation,all of which canshow the outer contourof actual motion in advance,and once interference occurs,it can be solved by alternative schemes,which can reduce the damage of components and even the loss of functioncaused by friction and wear,colision impact,etc.,and ensure the service life and driving safety of products to the greatest extent.

地铁车辆除转向架构架与车体框架外,其余部件多为悬挂件,这些悬挂件通过螺栓固定连接,其中一部分尽管接口固定,但主体部分会随车辆行驶与周边设备有相对运动,如空簧、钢簧、夹钳等,该运动是动态的、不完全确定的,会导致初始设计的部件间隙进一步缩小,进而出现干涉的概率也会很高,必须经过校核。(剩余2897字)
