【AbstractlObectiveToinvestigatetheimpactoflipngle(FA)ontheimagequalityofmalepelvicsusceptibiltweighteg ing(SWI).Methds:Atotalof4patientsundergoingcontrastenhancedpelvicMIwereenoledinthisstudy.Thesigalntensity andstandarddeviationoflsion,uterus,andgluteusmaximus were measuredforeach group,andsignal-to-noiseratio(SNR)and contrast-to-noiseratio(CNR)werecalculated.The4-point methodwasused toperformsubjectiveevaluationofanatomical details, thedegreeofgeometricdformationrifacts,ndteclarityoflsionsinachpartofthpelvicavityeon-parametricFdan test was used forcomparisonof SNR,CNR,and subjective scoresbetweengroups,and the leastsignificantdiference t -test was used forpost-ocomparisonofSR,CR,andsubjectivesoresetweengroups,hileBonferoncectioasperfoedonthesults. Theintraclasscoelationcoeficint(CC)wasusdtoinvestigateteonsisenyinojeciveandsubjectivescoresetwentwooservers.Results:Thereasgodconsistencyinsubjectivescoresthetwoobservers inallgroups(ICC>0.75)exceptforthedegreeof geometricdeformationintheFA=15°andF=2O°groups(ICC=0.75).The SNRvaluesoflesion,gluteus maximus,nduterus was 132.33 ± 34.15, 61.90±15.41 ,and 103.89±22.48 ,respectively,in the FA=1O° group,with significant differences compared with the ( FA=15∘ and FA=20∘ groups( P<0.001 .The FA=10∘ group had the highest CNR value of lesion(69.67±29.15),with significant diferences compared with the FA=15∘ and FA=20∘ groups( P<0.001 ).Conclusion:Reducing FA can significantlyimprove the contrast of female pelvic images,and the SWIimage qualityoffemale pelvic cavitycan be improved at an FA of1 0∘ ,which can be used as the optimal regimen for setting parameters for female pelvic SWI imaging in clinical practice.
