【AbstractAzer'sdisease（AD）ineurodegeneratiedisoderwithtecorefaturesofprogressvecogitivedeclinndo naldegeneratioADsomplexpaoloicalmecasmsndteisstillalackoffctivemetods toureAD.ilntifoatin regulator 1（SIRT1） isan NAD +， -dependent deacetylase that can exert a significant neuroprotective effect through multiple mechanisms such as regulating the generation and clearance of β -amyloid protein（ ，Aβ ），inhibiting the abnormal phosphorylation of tau protein，alleviating neuroiflammatorysponsesndpromotingiochondrialbiosytsis，trebyinfluencingtheprogresioofDInet years，alargenumberofstudieshaveshownthatvarioustraditional Chinese medicine（TCM）interventionscanefectivelyactivatethe SIRT1 signaling pathway，reduce Aβ deposition and tau protein phosphorylation，improve mitochondrial function，reduce cell apoptosis， andaleviteoidatiestressndifammatiotrebyelingtdvelopmtofD.Howeerupoeistillacof tematicreviewstolarifyecuretreseachstatusofTCregulatioofteTpathyinthtreatmentofD.erefisa ticlereviews hecurentstatusofresearchontestructureandfunctionofSIT1，theroleoftheSIT1signalingpathwayintecourse of AD，ndTCMregulationoftheSIRT1signalingpathwayinimprovingAD，iorder toprovideareferenceforthebasicresearchon AD and clinical new drug development.
