【AbstractThecoexistenceoftype1diabetes melitus(TDM)andautoimmunethyroiddisease(AITD)consitutesautoimmune polyendocrinopathysydromeI(APS3).TheprevalenceofAITDinpatientswithTDMissignificantlyhigherthanthatinthegeneral population.Geeticstudieshaveshonthat tepathogenesisofAPS3isassociatedwithavaretyofsusceptibilitygnes,mong wich HLA-DR(humanleukocyteantigen-Drelated),PTPN2(protein tyrosinephosphatase non-receptor-type 22),CTLA4(cytotoxicTlymphocyteassociatedantigen4)andFOXP3(forkheadoxproteinP3)arecoresusceptibilitygenesallinvoledinteeglationof immunesynapsesandtheactivationofTlymphocytes.Inaddtion,generegionssuchasIL2RA(intereukin-2receptor),VDvitamin Dreceptor),TNF(tumornecrosisfactor),GPR10(Gprotein-coupledreceptor103)havealsobeenconfimedtoberelatedtoAPS3, buttheirmechanismsofationstillneedindepthesearh.TesesusceptibilitygnesareassociatedwithteproductionoforeatibodiesiTDandyjointlygulateTDandtyoidutoantibodies,rovidingageneticasisforiskssessmentarlte ventionadindiidualedtrmtofomoiityoftoass.Thsticteaiallvitatologlotion,immune mechanism,and latest research progress on susceptibility genesbetween T1DM and AITD.
