【AbstractObjective:ToinvestigatetheefectofpolystyrenemicroplasticsP-MPs)combinedwithhigh-fattreatmentonvascular endothelialcels.Methods :Humanumbilicalveinendothelialcells(HUVECs)werecultured intheDMEMmediumcontaining 5% fetalbovineserum.HUVCsweretreatedwithconventionalculture,high-fattreatment,andPS-MPscombinedwithhigh-fattreatent. The experiment was conducted in the three groups of control group ,high-fat treatment group and PS-MPs + high-fat treatment group. CCK-8ssayasusedtomeasurecellviability-actinstaining wasuedtobseecellmorphologicalchanges,ndflcoetry, scratchassay,andtubeformationassywereusedtomeasuretheapoptosis,igrationandtub-formingabilityofcelsResults: AfterHUVECswerexpedtoeigtenviont,eresaicanductioinelvabilitysinagofelsifcanticreaseincellapoptosisndsigifiantrductonsincellgrationandtubeformingabilityomparedwithtegateat mentgroup,eatgsicelliltellolellopoisdellgratiilit combinedwithhigh-fattreatment,butthetube-formingabitofcellswasfurtherimpaired.Conclusion:High-fattreamentwill affectcellabilitangellorpolondmagslardotelialelluctiondsbidithat ment can aggravate the damage of vascular endothelial cell function.
