【AbstractObjectiveToivestigatetefctculatingplasmacell（CC）ontheprognosisultiplemyelo（M）dtotablish and validateamodified CPC-RISSstagingsystembasedon CPCandRI.Methods：Aretrospectiveanalysis wasperfored fortheclinicaldata639treatment-naivepatientswithMMhoweretreatedinHematology，XijingHosptal，from January2006toJune2O23.Peripheralbloodsmearwasusedtocalculate thepercentageCPCinpatients，andtheimpactCPCand otherrelatedfactorsontheprognosisMMpatientswasanalyzed.ACPC-RIS stagingsystemwasestablishedbasedonRISS stage andthepercentageCCandthediferencsinsurvivalandprogosiserenalyedbetweenpatintswithdiferentstagessuts： Comparedwiththepatients withoutCPC，detectableCPCwassignificantlyassociated withvarious high-riskfactorsforMM，andthe MMpatientswithCPChadalowercompleteremissionrateandshorteroverallsurvivaltimeandprogression-freesurvivaltime.The modifed CPC-RISSstagingsystemwasusedtoclasifthepatients withMMintourstages，andthere weresignificantdiferences in mediansurvival timeandprogresson-freesurvivaltimebetweethepatientswithdiferent stagesMM.Conclusion：TheMMpatients withthepresenceCPCexibitmoraggresivfeatures，worseresponsetotreatment，andarductioninlongtermsuvival rate.The modified CPC-RISS staging system can effectively predict the prognosis treatment-naive MM patients.
