【Abstract]Gastrointestinalstromaltumors(GISTs)arethemostcommonmesenchyalneoplasmsofthegastrointestialtract,nd earlydiagnosisandaccurateevaluationaeofgreatsignificanceforclinicaltreatment.Ultrasoundexaminationplaysanimportantrole intheprelimaryetetiomodicotngdprgsticsestofs,uttplendivsemaio ofGISTshaveincreasedthedificultisindagnosis.Radiomicsandarificialinteligene(A)avesigniiantlyimprovdtefficiencyofmedicalimaginganalysisandtheyareexpectedtoenhancediagnosticaccuracyandprovideasientificbasisforprogostic evaluation.ThisarticlesystematicallreviewsthelatestresearchadvancesinultrasoundbasedadiomicsandAIinthediagosisnd prognosticevauationofGSTs,withafocusontheirappicationvaluinearlydiagnosisndriskasesment,inrder toprovdethe retical support for optimizing clinical decision-making.
