【AbstractWiththeaccelerationofpopulationaginginChina，themanagementofelderlypatientswithdiabeteshasbecomecritical isueinthefieldofpublichealth.Byintegratinginternationalevidence-basedmedicalresearchdatawiththespecificconditionsof China，the2O24editionofGuidelineforthemanagementofdiabetesmeliusintheederlyinChinaproposesindividualizddiagosis andtreatmentstrategiesforelderlypatientswithdiabetes.Thisarticlegivesasystematicinterpretationoftheguidelinefromaursng perspective，withafocusonthecorecontentscloselyassociatedwithnursingpractice，anditalsoelaboratesontheimplicaisfor nursing worksummarizesandnalyzes thechallngesintemanagementofelderlypatientswithdiabetes，ndproposescoesoding strategies，inordertoprovideateoreticalbsisandpracticalgudanceforimplementingursingmanagementoflderlypatintswith diabetes among clinical nurses.
