【AbstractTumorassociatedmacrophages（TAMs）playapivotalroleinthetumormicroenvironmentandhavetraditionallbeenclassifiedintoandM2phenotypes;however，ecentstudieshaverevealedconsiderableinternalheterogeneityamongthesemacrophages，whichrequiresamoredetailedclasification.Tcelsplayakeyroleintumorimmunity，andtheirpopulationdynamicsand functionalstates haveadirect impactontherapeuticoutcomes.Theinteractionsbetwen TAMsandvariousTcellsubsets，cluding CD4+Tcels，regulatoryTcels，and CD8Tcells，havea gudingsignificancefortumor immunotherapy.Suchinteractionsbetwen TAMsandTcelsivoeavarietyofmoleculesadsignalingpathwayssuchasprogrammeddeatheceptoranditslgand，s lls variouscytokinsandteirceptors.urthermorexogenousfators，cudingemordiotherapyadifctios，anlsofluece these nteractions.ResearchontheinteractionsbetweendiferentmacrophagepopulatiosandTcellsubsetswithinthetumormmune microenvironmentcanhelptounderstandimmunestatusandmechanisminlesions，therebyprovidingnewtargetsandstrategiesfortu mor immunotherapy.
