Research advances in mesenchymal stem cells and their exosomes in treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency

【AbstractPrematureovaianinsuicieny（PO）isopexedonedsordertatsignifiantlyectsteysioloicaladrep ductivefunctionsofwomen，andithasbecomeoneofthemaincaussofinfertilityinwomeofchildbearingage.Teclincalfeatures ofPOIincludemeoaoomeoaowtrgnotrogndncyndneaseintlvelofoadotroe cidencerateofOItends toincrease，yetitsetiologyandpathogenesisremainuclear.Atpresent，theconventionaltreamentetods forPOIhavelmitdefcacyinfundamentallyimprovingovarianfunctionoradressngthefertitissue.Withtheevelontofre generative medicine，mesenchymalstemcels（MSCs）havebecomeoneofthresearchhotspots inPOItherapy，andtheir exosomes haveatractedwideatentionasapromising“cel-freetherapy".AnumberofanimalexperimentalstudieshaveshownthatMSCsand theirexosomescanexertatherapeicfectonOyfinggauloacellproliferationadapoposis，romotingovaranagigenesis，reducingoidatiestresndosisancigfollculardevelopment，ndulatingimunityIndoelatedcal studies have also made some progress.This article reviews the mechanisms and clinical effect ofMSCs and their exosomes in the treatmentofPOI，inordertoprovideareferenceforfurtherresearch and bench-to-bedside translation of POI therapies.

早发性卵巢功能不全（premature ovarian insufficiency，POI）是原始卵泡的过早耗竭所导致的卵巢功能缺失，指女性在40岁之前出现月经稀发或停经4个月及以上，伴有血清卵泡刺激素（follicle-stimulatinghormone，FSH）升高和雌激素下降，继而生育力下降。（剩余17770字）
