【AbstractPrematureovaianinsuicieny(PO)isopexedonedsordertatsignifiantlyectsteysioloicaladrep ductivefunctionsofwomen,andithasbecomeoneofthemaincaussofinfertilityinwomeofchildbearingage.Teclincalfeatures ofPOIincludemeoaoomeoaowtrgnotrogndncyndneaseintlvelofoadotroe cidencerateofOItends toincrease,yetitsetiologyandpathogenesisremainuclear.Atpresent,theconventionaltreamentetods forPOIhavelmitdefcacyinfundamentallyimprovingovarianfunctionoradressngthefertitissue.Withtheevelontofre generative medicine,mesenchymalstemcels(MSCs)havebecomeoneofthresearchhotspots inPOItherapy,andtheir exosomes haveatractedwideatentionasapromising“cel-freetherapy".AnumberofanimalexperimentalstudieshaveshownthatMSCsand theirexosomescanexertatherapeicfectonOyfinggauloacellproliferationadapoposis,romotingovaranagigenesis,reducingoidatiestresndosisancigfollculardevelopment,ndulatingimunityIndoelatedcal studies have also made some progress.This article reviews the mechanisms and clinical effect ofMSCs and their exosomes in the treatmentofPOI,inordertoprovideareferenceforfurtherresearch and bench-to-bedside translation of POI therapies.

早发性卵巢功能不全(premature ovarian insufficiency,POI)是原始卵泡的过早耗竭所导致的卵巢功能缺失,指女性在40岁之前出现月经稀发或停经4个月及以上,伴有血清卵泡刺激素(follicle-stimulatinghormone,FSH)升高和雌激素下降,继而生育力下降。(剩余17770字)
