刍议新时代高校文科学报高水平编辑队伍建设

Abstract：Editorial team development is crucial for enhancing the quality and influence of university arts journals. Editors in the new era must possess strong capabilities in political judgment， copyediting，academic discernment，communication，coordination，and emotional regulation.Current challenges include insuficient personnel，structural imbalances，constrained career progression，inadequate training mechanisms，and lack of professional growth among editors.Management should address these by raising recruitment standards， diversifying hiring channels，clarifying training objectives，facilitating career advancement， optimizing training systems，and improving incentives and safeguards. Editors should enhance their political awareness and theoretical proficiency，foster professional commitment，strengthen research-integrated editing skils through resource utilization，and cultivate a positive professional mindset. Only through comprehensive measures can a high-caliber editorial team be established.
