论“第二个结合”视域下的“守正创新”

Abstract ： At the symposium on cultural inheritance and development， General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized the critical importance of“the second integration”.He posited that upholding fundamental principles while breaking new ground is essential for fulfilling the new cultural mission. This dual approach encapsulates Xi Jinping thought on culture and serves as a methodological framework for the Communist Party of China （CPC） in engaging with fine traditional Chinese culture. Upholding fundamental principles ensures Marxism’s guiding role in ideological discourse，the fundamental requiement of“seeking truth from facts”，the CPC’s cultural leadership，and the cultural subjectivity of the Chinese nation.Conversely，breaking new ground manifests in original contributions to the discourse system， strategic development，and innovative forms of expression within fine traditional Chinese culture. To advance“the second integration” in the new era， it is imperative to uphold Party leadership，adopt a problem-oriented approach，maintain self-confidence，prioritize self-reliance，and put the people first.
