Abstract：The spirit of educators vividly embodies the Chinese ethos within the educational domain.It establishes explicit expectations for teachers to advance education，strengthen the nation，and cultivate talents for the country，manifesting profound patriotic significance. This spirit is characterized by unwavering patriotic conviction， dedicated cultivation within the educational field，and cosmopolitan internationalism. Patriotism constitutes an inevitable requirement for teachers， guides the direction of talent cultivation，and serves as the spiritual banner for building a leading country in education.Promoting thepatriotic dimensionof the spirit enhances the effectiveness of teachers’moral development，clarifies value orientations for talent cultivation，and advances the steady construction of a robust educational system. Implementation should focus on three dimensions—“knowledge”，“emotion”，and“action"—to ： 1.Elucidate the patriotic significance of the educator spirit.2. Enrich pathways for fostering patriotic sentiment among teachers.3.Establish and refine evaluation and incentive mechanisms that encourage patriotic dedication to teaching.
