Abstract： The Third Plenary Session of the 2Oth Central Commitee of the Communist Party of China （CPC） established“adhering to the people-centered approach” as a fundamental principle for further deepening reform comprehensively.Rooted in China’s new historical orientation and practical requirements，the CPC defines serving the people as the purpose of reform，relying on the people as its driving force，ensuring shared benefits as its pursuit，and securing public satisfaction as its evaluation criterion. This underscores the defining features of a Marxist party and the CPC’s founding mission，serving as the enduring guiding principle and source of vitality in the new era. It ensures that reform advances in the right direction， providing robust momentum and institutional safeguards for realizing the Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation.Upholding this people-centered approach remains critical for forging strong public support，advancing Chinese modernization，and achieving national rejuvenation in this new era.
