Abstract：Lv Zhenyu developed a distinctive educational philosophy during his tenure in educational administration and university leadership in the early years of the People’s Republic of China. This philosophy encompasses the following core principles： a people-aligned commitment to public education，a truth-championing misson in knowledge pursuit， a democratic governance with colective wisdom，a student-centered pedagogical devotion，and cognitive-affective cultivation through teaching innovation.Extracting the essence of this educational philosophy offers significant insights and practical value for“implementing the educator spirit initiative to fortify professional ethos and strengthen teacher forces” in the new era.
