湖湘文化融入湖南高职院校广播影视类专业建设的策略研究

Abstract： Hunan culture，a key component of China’s cultural heritage，plays a vital role in talent cultivation，artisticcreation，and regional cultural preservation when integrated into radio，film，and television programs at higher vocational colleges in Hunan. However， current challenges include insufficient faculty expertise in Hunan culture，delayed alignment of program development with cultural transmission，and inadequate educational platforms.These constraints hinder the training of future professionals capable of sustaining this cultural legacy. To address these challenges，Hunan culture should be comprehensively integrated into faculty development，curriculum design，and industry collaboration within these programs to accelerate its preservation and evolution.
