【Abstract】Objective To investigate the effects of precise closed loop target controlled infusion and constantvelocityinfusion inanesthesia for elderly hiparthroplasty.MethodsClinicaldataof9O elderlypatients undergoing hip replacement inour hospital from June 2O22 to December 2023 were retrospectively analyzed，and theyweredivided into control group（ n=47 ）andobservation group （n=43） according to different anesthesia protocols. The control group received constant speed infusion of propofol，and the observation group received precision closedloop target controlled infusion.Compare the The two groups of relevant indicators were compared.ResultsThe recovery timeof spontaneous respiration，awakening time，extubation time，and recovery time of orientation of patients in the observation group were shorter than thatose of the control group （ P <0.05）;the score of the Brief Mental State Examination Scale （MMSE）of patients in theobservation group was higher than that of thecontrol group at 3 h， 6 h，and 12 h postoperatively （ P <0.05）.The score of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group.iIn terms of TO，T1，and T2 systolic blood pressure （SBP，DBP），heartrate （HR），and heart rate（HR），and heart rate（HR）weremore stable than the control group （ P<0.05 ）.The12-hourpostoperative blood glucose （Glu），plasma cortisol（Cor），andadrenaline （E）levels of patients intheobservationgroup were lower than those of the control group （ P <0.05）;and the total incidence of postoperative complications in patients in the observation group was lower than that of the control group （ P <0.05）.Conclusion Precision closed-loop targetcontrol infusionof propofol has abetteranesthetic efect than constant-rate infusion，which can promote anesthetic resuscitation，improvecognitivefunction，stabilize hemodynamics，andreducestressreactions inelderly hip arthroplasty patients with a high degree of safety.

老年髋关节置换术属临床应用频率相对较高骨科手术，类风湿髋关节炎、股骨头坏死等均为适用疾病，此类疾病导致患者出现髋关节疼痛、功能障碍，日常行动力、生活质量均受到不良影响[1]。（剩余6348字）
