【Abstract】Objective To explore the predictive value of ultrasound measurement of uterine artery blood flow indicators combined with serum serine protease inhibitor B1(serpinB1)and pregnancy associated protei (PAPP -A)in early pregnancy adverse outcomes.MethodsThe clinical data of 64 pregnant women with adverse early pregnancy outcome and 74 pregnant women with normal pregnancy were retrospectively analyzed and included into the adverse group and the normal group respectively.inthe Nanyang Central Hospital from Sep.2O22 to Jan.2024. The difrences of serum serpinB1and PAPP-A,in general data,uterine artery blood flow indexes were compared between the two groups.To analyze the influencing factors of early pregnancy adverse outcome,and to verify the predictive value of uterine artery blood flow index combinedwith serum SerpinB1 and PAPP-A.Results Resistance index of adverse group (0.64±0.09 vs. 0.72±0.11; t= -4.698, P<0.001 ),pulsation index (2.49±0.14 vs. 2.69±0.26; t= -5.729, P<0.001 ),and serpinB1 of adverse group were higher than normal group [(2.2±O.5)ng/ml vs. (2.8±0.7)ng/ml; t= -5.766,P<0.001].PAPP-A[(107±35)mU/ml vs. (62±22)mU/ml; t =8.858, P<0.00 1],Thethemean blood flow velocity [(21.3±1.6)cm/s vs. (19.0±1.4)cm/s; t=8.819, P<0.001 was lower than that of normal group. Meanblood flow velocity[OR(95%C1)=0.312(0.120,0.816), P=0.0 19),resistance index[OR(95%CI)=1.811(1.147, 2.860), P =0.012],pulse index ⌊OR(95%CI)=1.680 (1.320,2.138),P<0.001], serpinB1[the OR(95%CI)=1.767 (2 (1.145, 2.724), P= 0.01 1],PAPP-a[OR (95%CI)=0.203(0.071, 0.583), P =0.003] adersewere influencing factors for adverse outcome of earlypregnancy factor ( P <0.05).The ROC curveverified thatall of themhad predictivevalue of earlypregnancyadverse outcome ( P <0.05).ConclusionUltrasound measurement of uterine artery blood flow indicators combined with serum serpinB1 and PAPP-A can be used to predict adverse outcomes in early pregnancy.
