Abstract：Under the current transitionof China'seconomic development from a high-growth phase toa high-quality development phase，this study，fromtheperspectiveofhigh-qualitydevelopment，constructsaninput-output indicatorsystemand influencingfactorvarables.UsingthDEA-BCCmodelandTobitmodel，itnalestheeffciecyofthelogisticsindustryadits influencingfactorsacrossvariouscitiesandprefecturesinSichuanProvincefrom2l1to22.Theresearchfidingsindicatethathe overalllogisticseficiencypuretechnicaleficiency，andscaleeficiencyinSicuanProvincearerelativelylowutexibita fluctuatingupwardtrendEconomicevelopmentlevelrbanzationlevel，andeograpicalfactorsignificantlyromotegioal logisticsefcyincaneteeveloffatiaadiustralstructueoticeablybitloteysd ontheseresults，thispaprproposscountermeasuresandsuggestions，suchasoptiingtheindustrialstructureandfullleraging geographical advantages.
