The Identity Crisis of Students in Vocational Bachelor's Degree Programs and Its Solutions

Abstract:The identityconstructionof students in vocational bachelor's degree programs exhibits dual atributes.Onthe surface,itisflectedintheidivual'sperceptionofthadptationbtwntevocatioalundergdateeduationmodeladits careerdevelopmentpathAtadeeperlevel,itrevealstheindividual'sexpectationoftheeficacyofobtainingfutureupward opportunitiesthrougheducation.Theidentityofthesestudentsisakeyfactorinensuringtheefectiveimplementationofvocational bachelor'seducation.However,currently,thestudentsarestillfacingfourcorecrises:“identity”anxiety“distinctiveness” insuficiency“degree”limitations,andlackofsocial“trust".Therefore,itisnecessrytodoptmultiplemeasuresuchas strengtheningtitsctioacgtol'ssticietusproinggdstort tocorrectlyguidethesestudentsinbuildingapositiveidentity,layingasolidfoundationfortheirpersonalgrowthandcareer development.
