The Generation Logic of the Capability Map for On-site Engineers in Vocational Education: Historical Evolution, Cognitive Schema and International Reference

Abstract:Asanew modelof talentcultivation,theon-siteenginers in vocational education enhances the industrial adaptabilityofoatioalcatioromotesteetieotiontenthuatiohin,tlenthindustralind inovationchai.Teiroreompetenceframeworkisefinedbyivekeycapabilies:proficientinoeration,nowledgeablebout technology,apableofaagent,ildolboatinddeptatotioaifgtatiogicofeeoe competences iscrucialforimprovingthequalityoftalentcultivation.Byreviewingtheevolutionarycourseofvocationaleducation, wecanidentifytheiterativepathofcompetenceelementsforon-siteengineersandreveal thedynamiclawgoverning the developmentoftheircompetenceframeworkfromsimplicitytocomplexity.Researchoncognitiveschemas,throughanalyzingthe underlyingcognitivemechanismsofthecompetenceframework,explores theoptimalcognitivesience mechanismsrequiredforthe systematicdevelopmentofcompetence structure.Additionally,theinvestigationof matureanddistictivecompetencedevelopment modelsworldwidecanprovidereplicableandtypicalparadigmsforadvancingthecultivationofon-siteengineersinChina's vocationaleducationwithinpracticalcontexts.Thehistoricaldimensionestablishesthe“timeline”forthedevelopmentofthe competence framework,thecognitivedimensionmapsthe“structuralnetwork”foritsforation,andthepracticaldimensiobuilds the“testingground”foritstransformation.Together,thesethreedimensionslyasolidhistoricalfoundation,provideacognitive basis,andoferinterationalbenchmarksforcultivatingthecoreompetencesofon-sitenginers invocationaleducationwith Chinese characteristics.
