Abstract：Thedevelopment of new-quality productive forces has emerged as asignificant driver of socio-economic progre， simultaneouslyosigquirementsforalntultiatioinghervocatioalducatioissdytablissthitrisicotios betweencuriculum-basedideologicalandpolitcaleducationandnew-qualtyproductiveforcesthroughthredimensionsofaligent： sharededucatioalectivenguetvalueentatios，ndosstentcompetecyemands.akingeectrotchicssri a pedagogicalparadigm，teresearchproposesa“Four-RhyeModel"featuringmoralcultivatio （ZhengqiRytm），dsciplinaryos （QiluRhythm），knowledgeextension（YanyinRhythm），andvaluetransmisson（ChuanyiRhythm）tompowernewqualitytalent development.This frameworkprovidesideologicalunderpinningandfundamentalmomentumforvocationaleducation toadapttothe developmentaleedsofnqualityproductivefores，terebycultivatinghigkiledprofesionalsequippedwithinovativesiitand practical capabilities.
