Abstract:Intheprocessof modem vocational educationservingthehigh-qualityindustrydevelopment,the techncal service capabilitiesofighervocatioalcollegesserveasaboosterforpromotingtheitegratioofduationandidustryandaealsote keyengieforenhancing theadaptabilityof talentcultivation,servingreginaleconomic development,andhighlighting the type characteristicsofvocationaleducation.Therefore,howtoimprovetheualityandeficiencyof echnicalservicesprovidedbyigher vocationalcollegesisapressingandurgentissuethatneedstoeadresedBasedonthedefiitionofteconnotationdefiiionof technicalservicsinhighervocationalcolegesandtheanalysisofthecurrentsituationof technicalservicedevelopmentinigher vocationalcolegesinShandongProvince,thisstudyidentifiesandexplorestheinfluencesoftechnology,organizationand environmentonthe technicalservicecapabilitiesofhighervocationalcoleges throughtheTOEframework.Atthesametime,it proposessolutionsandsuggestionsforenhancingthetechnical servicecapabiliesofhigher vocationalcollges,withtheaimof providingatheoreticalbasisandpracticalefereceforhighervocatioalcollges toimprovetheir tchicalseicecapabilitisduring theprocessofidustrialupgradingandtasomatio,andfurterdepentiritegationofucationandidustryeatiof science and education.
