Abstract：Generativeartificial intellgence（A）isbecoming increasnglyintegrated intohighereducation，enancinguiversity students'leageileogsoceseTssdygetitdetsloe surveytoconductanin-depthaalysisofteimpactofitrisicleangmotivatioondependenceongenerativeAIanditsunderlying mechanism.ThefidingsindicatethatintrisiclearigmotivationsnificantlyiibitstelanceongeneatieAI;oweeiical thinkingplaysacucialmoderatingrole.Underaighlevelofcricaltinking，theinbitoryectofintealleaingmotivationon therelianceogenetieartialintellgeeeakesdetastointposiivepromotgctIisst thathighereducationshouldnotsimplyrejecttechologyutshouldfocusoncultivatingstudents'intealmotivationandcritalhiking to guidethemfrompasive“techologydependence”toactive“cognitivesynergy”，therebytrulyahievingthecultivationofhigh-level abilities empowered by technology.
