Abstract:Thecultivationof eliteinnovativetalents has emerged inresponse tothe demandfortoptalentsinthenewera. Mentalhealtheducationplaysacrucialoleinnurturingelitetalents ithinnovativethinkingstressresilience,ndteamworkspirt. However,existigcoursseibitshrtcongsiontent,methodologyandasessment.Teachigreforssouldfocusoprisely definingleaingojectives,optimizinginstructionalcontent,innovatingteaching methods,andrefining evaluationsystems.Though practicessuchasselectingoutstandingfaculty,implementingsmall-classandthematicteaching,conductingresearch-based instruction,andmploingdiversifiedassessments,theSuuqngCollgeofWenzouUniversityaseffectiveleanceddnts' mental health and innovative competencies, providing valuable insights for other institutions.
