Abstract：Thecultivationof eliteinnovativetalents has emerged inresponse tothe demandfortoptalentsinthenewera. Mentalhealtheducationplaysacrucialoleinnurturingelitetalents ithinnovativethinkingstressresilience，ndteamworkspirt. However，existigcoursseibitshrtcongsiontent，methodologyandasessment.Teachigreforssouldfocusoprisely definingleaingojectives，optimizinginstructionalcontent，innovatingteaching methods，andrefining evaluationsystems.Though practicessuchasselectingoutstandingfaculty，implementingsmall-classandthematicteaching，conductingresearch-based instruction，andmploingdiversifiedassessments，theSuuqngCollgeofWenzouUniversityaseffectiveleanceddnts' mental health and innovative competencies， providing valuable insights for other institutions.
