Abstract：Tosolvetheproblemof traditionalsteelbarcuttingrelyingonmanual laborandhighloses，asteelbarmaterial management system is specialldesignedto promotethe digital transformationof infrastructure.The system is builtonan integratedarchitectureofsoftware，hardware，ndalgorithms.Through modulessuchasdemandmateriallistmanagementraw materialmanagentndutingsiatiiaeesfullprocstrlofsteardatautomaticatoof optimalsolutions，ndautomaticcontrolofcutingoperations.TroughtheapplicationverfcationofChiaRailwayprojects，the system can significantly reduce steel bar loss rates to below 3% ，directly cutting construction costs，and achieve data traceability， providing feasible technical solutions for the digital transformation of building steel bar management.
