Abstract:Tosolvetheproblemof traditionalsteelbarcuttingrelyingonmanual laborandhighloses,asteelbarmaterial management system is specialldesignedto promotethe digital transformationof infrastructure.The system is builtonan integratedarchitectureofsoftware,hardware,ndalgorithms.Through modulessuchasdemandmateriallistmanagementraw materialmanagentndutingsiatiiaeesfullprocstrlofsteardatautomaticatoof optimalsolutions,ndautomaticcontrolofcutingoperations.TroughtheapplicationverfcationofChiaRailwayprojects,the system can significantly reduce steel bar loss rates to below 3% ,directly cutting construction costs,and achieve data traceability, providing feasible technical solutions for the digital transformation of building steel bar management.
