Abstract:Aimingatthe faultofDCpowerlossin tractionandauxiliarysystems causedbyabnormal temperatureof nickelcadmiumalkalinbateryduringneutal-sectiopassngoperatioofEMU,tispapertakes teanoaltemperatuefultsofbateies at1stpositionofcar3,car5,andcar7inafaultcaseofCRH4oAFEMUas theresearchbectVariousfactostronglyelatedtote riseofbatterytemperatrearald,andmultipleboaltempeauremodesarediedsedontisabateyaete diagnosis modelbasedonLongShort-TMemory(LTnetworkisestablished,whichincudesthrestages:datapreproeing, modelconstructionandtrainingandparameterotimzationandevaluationAfterthemodelisestablishd,tebateryteature is trackedandanalyzed troughthePrognosticsandHealthManagement (PHM)systemofEMU,andthehightemperature fault ofalkalinebateriesincar3isaccuratelydetemined.Meanwhile,thedatafromDataRecorderwithWireless TransmissionDevice (DRWTD)isdowloadedforvefcationandanalysis,whichprovestheefectivenessofthegradedresponsestrategy.Tsethod effctivelysolves the problemofabnormal high temperature faultofbateryandhascertainengineeringapplicationvalue.
