Research on the Remote Operation and Maintenance System of lon Nitriding Process Based on Industrial Internet

Abstract:This study focuses onexploring the remote operation and maintenance system for the ion nitriding process intheindustrialinteretenvironmentIntersofrseachmethods,itintegratesindustrialsnsors,dgecomputingandcloud platformtechnologiestorealizereal-timecolectionandremote monitoringof processparameters.Thesystemachievesecondlevel response speed for remote parameter adjustment, with a fault early warning accuracy rate of over 92% .It also increases the qualification rate of nitriding parts by 5% and reduces energy consumption by 8% .With“perception-transmission-analysisapplication”asitscore,theplatfomlayercombinesdigital twinandalgorithms tocompleteparameterpredictionandfaultearly warning.Thissystemeffectivelybreaks throughthelimitationsoftraditionaloperationandmaintenancemodes,providingsolid technical support for the intelligent and digital upgrading of ion nitriding equipment.
