Abstract： This paper designs and implements a lightweight and high-availability agile project management systemto addressthepainpointsofdiffcultimplementationinagileprojectmanagementpracticesforcollgestudentteams.Thesystem adoptsadecoupledarchitectureoffront-endandback-end.The back-endbuildsRESTfulAPIwith SpringBoot，integrates MyBatis as thedata persistence layer，anduses Redis torealizecacheandsesionmanagement.Thefront-endconstructs the interface basedonVue.jsandElementPlus，whileinnovativelyaccessing theAlibaba Cloud QwenLarge Model to provide intelligentconsultation.Thesystemcoverssixcoremodules：projectmanagement，iterationontrol，productbacklog，eeting minutes，knowledgehandbook，andAagileassistant.Ituns stablyeectivelysupportstheentireproces ofagileprject management practicefostudenttams，improves taskcolaborationefiency，metingperformance，andkowedgedeposition capability，allviates tepressureofteacherguidance，ndhelpstheimplementationofgileteachngpracticeiuivesiies.
