Abstract: Integratedrefining and chemical production in the petrochemical industry isan important way to improve resource utilization efficiencyand economic benefit.Traditional methods usually treatrefiningproductionandchemical production astwoindependent processes forconfigurationoptimization,lacking overallcoordinationandoptimizationof the global production process.This paper proposes an integrated optimization model forrefining and chemical processes to collaborativelyoptimizethewholeprocessschedulingdecisionvariables.Atthesametime,inordertoimproveteexecutability of scheduling results,scheduling expert experiencerules are integrated intothe model.A Mixed Integer Linear Programming model is established basedon discrete time,andtheeficient solution of the modelis realized by optimizingand adjusting the couplngrelationshipof variables.Theresults showthatthe proposed integrated refining-chemical production scheduling optimization model performs wellinsolving eficiencyandresult rationality,providinga feasible schedulingotimization strategy for the intelligent development of integrated refiningand chemical production.
