Abstract：Traditionalelderlycareserviceshaveproblemssuchasloweficiencyand insuficientaccuracywhichseriously restricttheimprovementofelderlycare servicequalityandthe sustainable developmentofthe industry.Inresponse to this situation，researchanddevelopmentofan intellgentelderlycareserviceplatformbasedonthelocalizedknowledgebaseofAI large models iscariedout.BasedontheJavalanguageandrelyingonkeytechnologies includinglocalizeddeploymentflarge modelsandthe InternetofThings，theplatformrealizes health monitoringof theelderlyandmulti-sourcedatasynchronization. Itintellgentlyanalyzes thereal-timeconditionsoftheelderlyanddynamicalladjustsnursing plansbyestablishinganelderly care knowledgebase.The platform also includes a management backend and a WeChat Mini Program end to meet the needs of multiple users.Testing and verificationresults show that theplatform hasgood stabilityand practicability，can effctively improvetheeffciencyandqualityofelderlycareservices，andprovidesstrongsupportforpromotingthedigital ransformation of the elderly care industry.
