Abstract:Aimingattheproblemsofstatic,low effciency,andsingle dimension intraditional manufacturing capacity analysismethods,this paper designs and implementsadata-driven multi-dimensional capacityanalysisreport automatic generation system.Byconstructingamulti-source heterogeneous data fusionmodel,thesystem integrates threecore modules: datapreprocessing,multi-dimensional eficiencyanalysis,andautomaticreport generation.Thispaperadopts multi-thread paralel processngandatime-window-baseddatacorrelationalgorithm toachieveefcientintegrationandreal-timemotoring of production factors such as equipment and personnel.The systemautomatically generates visual reports including trend, year-on-year,and monton-monthanalsis.Itaccuratelyidentifesproductionbottenecks (suchasinefcientequpmntand unreasonablepersoelalocation)throughstatisticalanalysislogicandprovides optimzationsuggestions,formingaclosed-lp management from state perceptionto decision optimization.Applicationresults showthat thissystem significantly improves the eficiencyanddepthofcapacityanalysisandprovides efective technicalsupportformanufacturingenterprisestopromotedatadriven lean production.
