Abstract：Aimingattheproblemsofstatic，low effciency，andsingle dimension intraditional manufacturing capacity analysismethods，this paper designs and implementsadata-driven multi-dimensional capacityanalysisreport automatic generation system.Byconstructingamulti-source heterogeneous data fusionmodel，thesystem integrates threecore modules： datapreprocessing，multi-dimensional eficiencyanalysis，andautomaticreport generation.Thispaperadopts multi-thread paralel processngandatime-window-baseddatacorrelationalgorithm toachieveefcientintegrationandreal-timemotoring of production factors such as equipment and personnel.The systemautomatically generates visual reports including trend， year-on-year，and monton-monthanalsis.Itaccuratelyidentifesproductionbottenecks （suchasinefcientequpmntand unreasonablepersoelalocation）throughstatisticalanalysislogicandprovides optimzationsuggestions，formingaclosed-lp management from state perceptionto decision optimization.Applicationresults showthat thissystem significantly improves the eficiencyanddepthofcapacityanalysisandprovides efective technicalsupportformanufacturingenterprisestopromotedatadriven lean production.
