18世纪伦敦皇家学会的科学实践考察

摘要：伦敦皇家学会是英国迄今为止最重要的科研机构。18世纪期间，英国公众广泛涉足了皇家学会的社会活动。然而，不同社会阶层在参与科研实践时，目的与行为相差甚远，展现出鲜明的阶级特征。皇家学会在这个过程中实现了知识生产要素的原始积累，在促进社会流动的同时，也固化了劳动者被剥削的地位。

A Survey of Scientific Practice at the Royal Society of London in the 18th Century

Abstract： The Royal Society of London is by far the most important scientific research institution in Britain. During the eighteenth century， the British public was widely involved in the social activities of the Royal Society. However， when different social classes participated in scientific research practice， their purpose and behavior were far different， showing distinct class characteristics. In this process， the Royal Society realized the original accumulation of knowledge production factors， which improved social mobility and meanwhile solidified the exploited status of laborers.
