基于全员质量为基础的质量管理体系内审研究

摘 要：针对IATF16949改版后质量管理体系发生的重大变更，为了能够快速将变更后的质量管理体系落地，分析了当前质量管理体系内审现状及存在的问题，提出全员质量审核概念，介绍了基于全员质量审核模式实施质量管理体系内审的方法。实践表明，全员质量审核对提高质量管理体系内审有效性具有现实意义。

Research on the Internal Audit of the Quality Management System Based on the Quality of Employees

Abstract：In view of the major changes of the quality management system after the revision of IATF16949， in order to quickly implement the changed quality management system， the current status quo and existing problems of the internal audit of the quality management system are analyzed， the concept of all-staff quality audit is proposed， and the method of implementing the internal audit of the quality management system based on the all-employee quality audit mode is introduced. Practice shows that the quality audit of all employees is of practical significance to improve the effectiveness of the internal audit of the quality management system.
