产教融合协同育人的研究进展与路径反思

Abstract:Theindustry-education integrationmechanism forcollaborative talent developmentserves asacrucial link connecting theeducationchain,the talentchain,the industrychain,andtheinnovationchain.Existingresearch identifies goal synergyas the foundationofthis integration,focusing onnarrowing the differences of the goalsof universities and enterprises.Institutionalsynergy,supportedbypolicies,regulations,andsystemicarrngements,providesastandardized framework forcooperationamong multiple stakeholders.Practicalcollaboration,implementedthroughschool-enterprise partnerships,closely integrates educational instructionwith industrial practice,therebyfosteringdynamicalignment between the talent development processand industry requirements.Although existing studies have explored industryeducation integration from the three dimensions of goals,institutions,and practices,theyremain largely fragmented and lack coherence,fallng shortof ofering systematic guidance for implementation.In practice,discrepancies in talentdevelopmentobjectivesbetween universitiesandenterprises,along with underdevelopedoperationalrulesand supporting mechanisms,have led to challenges such as misaligned goals,informationasymmetry,and unclear rights and responsibilities.These issuescollectively hinder the efective advancement ofcollborative talent development. Addressing thesechallenges requires enhancing the institutionalizationand practicalityofcolaboration through measures such asrefining operational rules,establishing communication platforms,and improving relevant laws and regulations. Inthis context,international experience offers valuable insights.Modelssuchas Germany's“DualSystem”,Australia's TAFE system,and thecooperative education model inthe United States—allembodyingthe principlesof“institutional guarantee,multi-stakeholdercollaboration,and demandorientation”—providereferences for the practiceof ndustryeducation integration and collaborative talent development in China.
