AbstractObjective:Tounderstandthestatusquooforganizational silenceamongnursesingeneralhospitals,andtoanalyzethe sociodemographicaracterisicstatafectoganzatioalsiece,sstoprovidideasforimprovingtheeomonofgaatial silenceamonghospitalnurses.Methods:Astratifiedrandomsamplingmethodwasadptedtoselect1828nursesfromsecondaryand tertiarygeneralhospitalsinSichuanprovinceasthresearchsubjects.Theinvestigationwasconductedusingthegneralinforation questionaireandtheNurses'Organizational Silence Questionnaire.Results:Thetotalscoreofnursesorganizationalsilence was 47.59± (204号 15.13.The item average score of negative silence was 2.57±0.83. The item average score of prosocial silence was 2.54±0.98. The item average score of defensive silence was 2.39±0.95. The item average score of indiferent silence was 1.91±0.77. There was statistically significant diference in the total score of organizational silence among nurses in diferent working years groups( ΔP<0.05Δ ).Conclusions: OrganizationalsilenceamongnursesingeneralhospitalsinSichuanprovincewasatamedimlevelofsilence.Theworkingyarsofnurses haveadirectimpactonteorgazatioalsienceofures.Itissuggestedtatanagerssouldpatentiontoteideoogicalstatusad comprehensivedevelopmentofjuniornursesintheorganization,whichhaspositiveefectonimprovingtheirsilentandnegative phenomena in the organization.
