AbstractObjective：Toknowthestatusquoand influencingfactorsofdelayedmedicaldecision-making inpatientswithdimiished ovarianreserveduringreproductiveage，andtoprovidereferencesforformulatingandimplementingtargetedinterventionmeasures. Methods：Ageneralinformationquestionnaire，Chinese-PerceivedBarierstoHealthcareSeekingDecision（PBHD-C），ishel UncertaintyinIlessScalefordults（MUS-A），PerceivedSocial Support Scale（PsSS），andMedicalCoping Modes Questire （MCMQ）wereused to conduct a survey on 283 patients with diminished ovarian reserve.Results：The score ofPBHSD-C was 34.50± 11.67.Theeucatialevelpceeecatilsedialupprtndcaidsof theinfluencing factors of their delayed medical decision-making（ .Conclusions：The delayed medical decision-making of patients withdiminishedovarianreserveduringreproductiveage Wasatamoderatelevel.Relevanthealthcaredepartmentsshould paymore atentiontofemalereproductivehealth，earlyidentifythegroupspronetodelayedmedical treatment，andcaryoutappropriate interventions.
